Job Description

Responsible for the business support of KeyBank’s mobile centric products. Supports all day-to-day operations related to digital banking services for our consumer and small business clients.

• Accountable for the support of the mobile native app, mobile web, SMS and text alerts
• Work with partners in channel insights to develop a comprehensive reporting cadence and create transparency across our key performance metrics
• Partner and collaborate with Online and Mobile Banking team to help support our strategies and roadmap to deliver world-class digital experiences for our consumer and small business clients
• Closely partner with multiple vendors to help identify, mitigate, fix and report on issues as needed
• Work closely with business and technology on the implementation of new consumer and small business digital product features, to ensure requirements and high level of quality are met
• Ensure organization is prepared to support new product features through training of support centers and development of operational procedures.
• Work closely with support teams and production teams to ensure consumer complaints, issues, bugs and defects are fixed accordingly
• Manage small projects as assigned
• Manage defects and change requests related to releases and support items
• Analytical and critical thinking skills

Additional Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to better understand client needs and satisfaction with digital experience and service
• Ability to report and track issues throughout project lifecycle in concert with production support and contact centers
• Assist with project management duties

• Undergraduate degree with a business major or equivalent
• 2+ years working on digital financial services products, small business specific experience a significant plus
• Clear understanding of digital banking industry landscape and technology
• High comfort level with digital tools (PCs, Mobile Devices, Tablets)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Exhibit problem solving and negotiating skills to resolve difficult and sometimes controversial issues
• Forecast digital banking performance
• Design and execute digital banking product and pricing changes
• Proven ability to work in a project environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision

• Experience with User Interface design and Usability testing
• Several years of experience in digital financial services
• Product Management and Project Management experience"
