Job Description


Provide administrative support to bankers (various levels) in order to facilitate the efficient operation of the firm.

  • Maintain calendars and prioritize meeting requests, including: updating contacts, organizing and scheduling onsite/offsite meetings, conference calls, closing dinners, conferences, etc.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including: processing travel requests/changes, confirming reservations, compiling directions/itineraries, etc.
  • Track expenses and prepare expense reports
  • Prepare, edit and proofread business correspondence, documents, and presentations
  • Update distribution lists, client contact database, deal portal, etc.
  • Answer and screen incoming calls in a professional, effective manner
  • Provide administrative coverage to other bankers and managers, as needed
  • General administrative duties including, filing, mailings, photocopying, scanning, faxing, binding books, etc.
  • Complete special projects and tasks, as required


  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills
  • Prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proofreading and editing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion in business matters
  • Knowledge of Concur and Salesforce helpful
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ administrative experience supporting executives working in a financial services or a related industry
