About the Job
Under general supervision, performs administrative assignments for executives. Requires continuous use of technical and business vocabulary and a working knowledge of departmental procedures and operations. Analyzes complex information requests and determines complex trends. Requires a working knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel.

Essential Job Functions
Performs administrative and clerical duties as assigned, requires continuous use of technical and business vocabulary and a working knowledge of department procedures and operations. Efficiently manages calendars, expense reports, and travel arrangements for the team. (Editing and formatting and preparation of presentation materials.) Screens telephone calls, routes to appropriate analyst or take detailed message. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and be resourceful and flexible, with the ability to work well under pressure in a periodically intense environment. The ideal candidate is driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as a key team player.

  • 0-3 years of relative experience
  • Minimum of high school diploma
  • Proficient PC skills in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written, verbal and follow-through skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, support and assist counterparts
  • Ability to establish relationships and communicate effectively
  • Takes initiative and works independently on routine and more complex matters
  • Ability to solve basic problems and prioritize workload
