Job Description

Key’s Consumer Loan Services and Default Business is the focal point for exponential growth in the upcoming years. In this regard, Key is looking to transform their Real Estate Secured and Non-Real Estate Secured business from a highly manual environment to one that is automated with leading technology aimed at providing an optimal client experience. The Undergraduate Intern will work with our Default and Non-Real Estate secured teams. The first will focus on the analysis and review of existing reports and analytics. The second focus will be to support the functional requirements gathering process for both Servicing and Default Non-Real Estate Secured teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating and assisting Technology, the Project Management Office and the Line of Business to collect, answer questions in support of and assist in the approval of functional requirements for Non-Real Estate Secured program
  • Assist the Real Estate and Non-Real Estate Default teams with their analysis and review of reports and existing analytics
  • In partnership and in assistance to the Project Teams in their engagement of the second and third lines of defense (Audit and Compliance) in completion of the functional requirements for Non-Real Estate.

Essential Job Functions: Some of these would be reflective of the permanent role.

  • Interact with the Project Team at various levels (Line of Business, Technology, Program Management, Various Support Partners)
  • Interact with all Risk Partners as necessary during the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and escalate questions to Program Leadership
  • Ability to clearly write responses to functional requirement questions, with assistance from Program Team Members
  • Other duties and assignments as required by management.

Note: This is a Part-time Internship (20 hours a week) that will run through December of 2018.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and write responses to complex questions
  • General understanding of Banking and Technology
  • Analytical thinking and experience
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Undergraduate Junior or Senior
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
