KeyBank is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and innovative professional to serve as a Sr. Digital Analytics Tagging & Optimization Consultant. This person will play an instrumental role in our growing enterprise digital initiatives, helping Key to make better and more informed decisions. He/she would have ownership of the entire information stream from creating data through tagging to analyzing information and sharing insights with top leadership. Provide development support for Key’s digital properties and initiatives for various lines of business. Utilize various development tools to build and enhance Key’s digital analytics platform, specifically Adobe (Launch/DTM). Prioritize competing development projects in order to reach long/short-term goals. Effectively communicate development findings both orally and in a written format to a variety of audiences technical and non. Serve as the primary contact with clients both internal/external and lead complex development related tasks. Understand and utilize various development tools (and platforms) including various data programming languages, techniques, and best practices.

  • Lead development to provide actionable data in support of the Enterprise Digital team. Areas of focus include but are not limited to: digital sales acquisitions, digital portfolio management, and mobile banking.
  • Ability to translate business questions into actionable analytical data that will help drive strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Support the overall digitization of Key, using development techniques to establish long-term sales, servicing, and behavioral targets for Key’s clients.
  • Support the development of digital analytics for, Online Banking, and Mobile Apps (iOS/Android).
  • Build, enhance and expand current data attributes to identify additional data opportunities within the broader customer journey across channels.
  • Maintain solution design document for tagging implementation and testing purposes.
  • Leverage internal/external development best-practices, trends & research to guide development.
  • Utilize test & learn mindsight to lead development for digital analytics.
  • Execute from development standpoint to quantify and evaluate the effectiveness of data collection.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely for all levels of management. Use data sources and skills to research
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or other analytically related discipline)
  • 3+ years of development experience in developing analytics solutions or related field; Prior experience in digital or financial services preferred
  • Experience developing with Adobe tag management software (Launch/DTM) including Analytics,Target, Audience Manager, AdCloud or a similar set of tools (Google Analytics)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with developing JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, and data layer objects
  • Database querying and programming proficiency (SAS/SQL/Python/R)
  • Experience with quality assurance best practices for data integrity, including diagnosing network calls
  • Proven ability to deliver data that is actionable
  • Results oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently and crossfunctionally across multiple teams
  • manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Proven proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead projects end to end
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to translate technical details in a clear and concise manner for larger audience business partners.
