ABOUT THE BUSINESS
The Enterprise Business Analytics team is committed to delivering business analytics support to the Line of Business. Analysts will provide analytical and reporting support towards the design of client strategies and initiatives for various lines of business.
ABOUT THE JOB

Provide in-depth analytical support to help achieve strategic objectives set forth by the line of business. Utilize various analytical tools to make recommendations to generate optimal business results. Prioritize multiple projects in order to reach long/short-term goals. Effectively communicate research findings both orally and in written format. Serve as the primary contact with clients and lead complex projects. Understand and utilize various analytic tools including data types and sources, scores, modeling techniques and reporting templates.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Individuals will perform a broad range of business analytics to support lines of business to achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop KPI metrics for measuring business success
  • Execute analysis of products and processes using internal and external resources
  • Support strategic initiatives around growth and expenses
  • Prepare business reviews to highlight findings and recommendations to line of business
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once and prioritize deliver based on key objectives
  • Provide querying expertise necessary to extract information for data analysis
  • Design metrics and administer complex analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of decisions.
  • Leverage external trends & research to guide strategy development & hypothesis formation
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely for all levels of management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other analytically related discipline)
  • 0-4 years of analytical experience in consulting, business or related field
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and data mining concepts and approaches
  • Proven ability to interpret results of the analyses & clearly communicate findings
  • Familiarity in using statistical analysis (regression, decision trees, experimental design) to solve real world problems
  • Strong business/financial acumen; Prior financial services experience preferred
  • Results oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Database querying and programming proficiency (SAS/SQL/Teradata)
  • Proven proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead projects end to end
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate findings of complex analyses in a clear and concise manner to business partners
  • Payment experience (optional)
  • Google Cloud experience (optional)
