Job Description

Essential Job Functions:
Perform documented steps required to charge-off fraud related cases.
Determine loss accountability in accordance with established procedures.

Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of the financial services and banking.
General office skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. College Degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work with others in a professional team environment.
Adaptable to new ideas in a changing environment.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to complete work by following clear defined procedures
Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Good Judgement and decision-making ability
Ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrate analytical, research and problem solving skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Basic knowledge of banking policies, procedures and government regulations
Ability to work independently
Basic knowledge/experience with payment delivery channels.
Ability to perform single scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance functions
Ability to meet production and quality goals associated with the role.
