ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)This position is responsible for writing B2B and B2C communications that are created in support of Key’s brand and client service strategies. Working in our creative services department, you will collaborate with many stakeholders to develop content within Key’s brand voice guidelines and style. We are especially focused on client centricity, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines. Projects will include letters, emails, alerts, marketing tiles, and statement messages and inserts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, advertising, or equivalent
- 4+ years experience in or writing for the banking industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of banking, including products and services
- Portfolio that exemplifies a broad range of expertise across print and digital content
- Knowledge of Associated Press (AP) Style
- Experience using Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, marketing resource management systems, and digital asset management systems
