Job Description

The Transformation Testing Analyst role is responsible for executing user acceptance testing for system releases and new projects in KeyBank’s Client Servicing System (Quest) and Online Banking and Mobile Application, as well as developing test cases with users, business partners, and System Integration Testing (SIT) teams.

Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases
Plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure system applications are ready for implementation
Review System Integration Test (SIT) test cases for accuracy
Participate in production implementation verification and take accountability for validating system quality (this occurs monthly, during overnight hours)
Report usability and business process issues that may negatively impact production readiness or agreed upon acceptance criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven knowledge of consumer banking
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative partnerships among the business unit and internal partner
• Ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment; highly organized and flexible
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Advanced PC skills including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to follow through on assignments, solve problems, and make decisions
• Adept at interacting with senior executives; willing to provide assistance proactively or upon request
• Flexible, adaptable; willing to embrace change
