Job Brief:
This role will support all lines of business in an effort to acquire, expand, retain and onboard business. This position will own the process for new client set-ups serving as the primary point of contact to internal (Operations, Technology, Product, Key Bank vendors) and external partners (client project teams, third-party vendors) to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation of services.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience with a minimum of 1-3 years of banking or cash management sales experience
  • Strong understanding/knowledge of Treasury products and services
  • Professionalism with excellent interpersonal and behavioral skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle difficult situations while maintaining strong personal relationships
  • Technical communication fluency both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented with an emphasis on ownership, accountability and committed follow through
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision
Essential Job Function:
  • Effectively communication across all channels
  • "Own" the request for new product set-up including defining scope, gathering requirements, completing backend system setup, and training clients concerning product usage and functionality while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Lead coordination of client meetings, internal meetings, and any other required collaboration
  • Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of multiple Treasury Services products.
  • Functional understanding of different market segments within the commercial bank.
  • Ability to onboard multiple Treasury products start to finish with no supervision including low to medium complexity.
  • Basic Business Analyst and Project Management skills to drive an implementation to completion.
  • Proven record of successful customer interaction and support.
  • Able to work on and prioritize multiple tasks at a time.
  • Written and oral communication skills that are clear, concise, and can be communicated to leadership internally and externally with Key’s client’s.
  • Ability to determine, gather, and execute requirements based on client’s feedback for low complexity setups.
