Summary

Enterprise Client Computing Services Tier 3 Engineering Support is responsible for the run part of a multitude of applications and services to our internal clients, such as printer and OS configuration and maintenance. The main responsibilities of an engineer on ECCS Tier 3 is to support and maintain the configurations of our Mac and Windows OS. The workstation applications range from specific technologies such as Bitlocker, Symantec, Jamf, Java, Browser support, Group Policy updates, System Center Configuration Manager support, and deep OS knowledge of Windows and Mac as well as incident management and general escalations for all internal client facing applications.

Essential Job Functions

  • Under general supervision support and engineering of the Key Bank distributed client, server, platform or database infrastructure.
  • Interface with vendors as well as other Key Technology Services teams to maintain and support the environment
  • Administration of Test Environments (also QV & Production for database).
  • Development and enforcement of technology standards and assist with white papers and/or presentations.
  • Provide 3rd level support for problems and issues escalated by operations.

  • Maintaining Secure Systems

  • Implement enhances to Print Delivery
  • Support of various applications that monitor print functionality
  • Setup server print queues
  • Thorough knowledge of Outlook and how to support 3rd tier support
  • Managing distribution lists and shared mailboxes
  • Providing documentation and hosting meetings to train large groups on Outlook

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum Technical experience.
  • 4 Year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of business factors influencing technology.
  • Experience with Vulnerability and Security Management
  • Thorough knowledge and troubleshooting of Microsoft Operating Systems (Win7, Win10)
  • Thorough knowledge and troubleshooting of Microsoft products (Office, Internet Explorer, Edge)
  • Thorough knowledge and troubleshooting of Mac OS
  • Thorough knowledge of Operating System Deployments and imaging processes
  • Strong troubleshooting discipline
  • Experience with Virtual Desktop support
  • Experience with mobile device management (Airwatch, Activesync, Boxer)
  • Experience with Group Policy
  • Experience with Print Services
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Ticketing systems and Knowledge bases
  • IT certifications such as A+, CCNA, Network+, Etc preferred
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
