Specific essential job functions include the following:

  • Acts with a sense of urgency to identify continuous improvement efforts
  • Help to lead the execution of transformation focused efforts around Simplification of Operation Model, Branch Digitization and Answerbank – providing a fully automated, paperless and simplified branch operation environment.
  • Identify opportunities to engage RPA to automate processes preformed in the field or within Retail Network Operations
  • Develop and maintain project plans to deliver initiatives on time with the desired outcomes
  • Partners with Answer Bank Leaders and team as they support internal Branch employee’s by guiding and teaching employees where to go to help bring resolution to client requests. Using analytics identify call trends and escalate opportunities to mitigate and or address root cause of issue. Works closely with Client Insights, Product and Retail Transformation to ensure field leadership has the tools needed to change behavior.
  • Leverage employee feedback through channels such as Answerbank calls and Quest rejects to identify pain points and prioritization of opportunities. Gage impact of awareness, education and motivational strategies needed to address identified priorities.
  • Manages input within the VOE to identify and respond to employee ideas and determine if a viable project to improve operational process and/or improve client experience. Provide monthly view to Senior Leadership
  • Recommend enhancements to procedural search capabilities in E-docs and E-manuals
  • Collaborates closely with project partners, influences beyond direct accountability to drive outcomes
  • Identify and escalate business risks, as needed.


Below are the required qualifications for this position:

  • 7+ years of financial services experience including branch banking.
  • 3-5 project management experience with ability to think conceptually and strategically
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of Operational tasks within the branch network
  • Past experience with process simplification and or process redesign
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure risks and controls are appropriately evaluated and prioritized.
  • Comfort level with working across an organization without boundaries and with a sense of urgency, while also understanding how the people and the organization function.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships among team members, partners and support areas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent operational focus with an eye towards process improvement and task simplification
  • Strong understanding of the Mission and Vision of the Community Bank
