Be a part of the exciting and dynamic Commercial Services and Data Team. We deliver and support technical solutions for a variety of FinTech partners and Commercial clients; and we are responsible for the Data Supply Chain and Data Mart requirements. This position will include the following opportunities and responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities and delivering solutions to improve the production environment
  • Working closely with team lead and line of business on data strategy
  • Overseeing the priorities of dedicated support team members
  • Providing guidance and facilitating escalation of support incidents as required
  • Ensuring scorecards, metrics, and monitoring is enabled
  • Providing technical consulting on complex projects
  • Working directly with clients (both internal and external) and vendors
  • Delivering technical specifications
  • Analyzing and revising system documentation
  • Assisting in all phases of the application lifecycle
Technical experience and expertise with data modelling, ETL, SQL, database are preferred. Additionally, we are looking for friendly, hard-working people who enjoy interacting with others and contributing to the overall design of the experiences we deliver.

Job Description
Top level technical, system and business analysis expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications systems analysis. Acts independently under general direction. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Formulates/defines system scope and objectives. Often acts as business expert and assists users in defining needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.

Essential Job Functions
• Serve as technical lead for defining tasks, estimating effort and timelines and skills sets required
• Create complex program specifications
• Program complex modules
• Instruct, direct and check the work of other programming personnel
• Ensure adherence to KTS technical standards and design principles
• Mentor others and take leadership role
• Proactively identify and resolve technical or project related issues
• Architect complex applications based on IT strategy and future direction
• Lead architecture and design phases of projects
• Mentor, train, and review work of junior technicians
• Consult with other areas and project, providing technical expertise

Required Qualifications
• Knowledge of the following technologies: Java/.Net, Workflow, Mainframe, Distributed DB, SOAi Tools/SW, SQL, SW Integration, ETL, Platform/ASP

• Effectively communicate with team members and supervisor. Application design and architecture skills and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• > 6 years related experience
• Expert in multiple technologies
• Understand in-depth concepts of several business units
• Understand in-depth interdependencies of application supporting many business units
• Understands project lifecycle and can assist in all phases
• Ability to break down barriers and resolve issues
  • Experience/knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services
  • Experience with data warehouses – ETL/Abinitio; SQL; databases; data modeling, mapping and analysis
