Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage Key’s Enterprise Conversational AI Platform. Utilize technology expertise, current industry knowledge and best practices, thought leadership and effective business partnerships to build, advocate for and maintain the technology strategy to support multiple lines of business that delivers the business' strategic objectives and aligns to the enterprise's architectural standards. Brings emerging technologies and methodologies into the organization to assess potential and use cases. Demonstrates thought leadership and continuous learning.
Lead the implementation of one or more technology programs, some of which may span several years and may include obtaining senior-level (and sometimes executive level) sponsorship and steering committee approval; from the development and configuration of application(s), to testing and implementation; delivers in alignment with the applicable measures of success and milestones and management methodology; escalates risk/concerns appropriately and leads with corrective/mitigating actions; communicates appropriate updates on work progression.
Oversee the management of 24/7 production support of applications including vulnerability remediation and risk management to corporate SLAs
Manage, develop and ensure the engagement and effective execution of a small to medium size team which may include business analysts, project managers and/or scrum masters, engineers, developers, external resources and vendors against line of business or functional technology deliverables. Emerging as a leader for attracting and developing internal and external talent.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
10 of years of related experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Development and Architectural experience on mission critical applications and/or platforms
Proven experience defining complex technical designs and solutions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess new and unfamiliar issues and work through potential solutions, issues, and risks
Excellent interpersonal, networking, communications and organizational skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Expertise in architecture and development of Conversational AI applications using Google DialogFlow and Google CCAI
Working knowledge of Genesys Contact Center platforms (PureEngage and/or Genesys Cloud) in delivering Contact Center solutions
Working knowledge and experience in delivering Agent Assist capabilities using Google CCAI
Working knowledge and experience in delivering Advanced Analytics leveraging Google Cloud
Experience with Jenkins and GIT
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Redis and Relational Databases
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery environment, utilizing automated testing, as well as Test Driven Development
Experience with React/Angular/Other JavaScript Frameworks and Bootstrap client-side frameworks
Experience with testing tools like CYARA, Junit or Selenium
Experience delivering technology solutions in the Financial Industry
