The Summer Analyst program provides an excellent opportunity for senior-level banker and client exposure and higher, immediate “hands-on” experience.

Within the KBCM equity research team, our specialized Mosaic group helps investors identify and capitalize on the emerging themes in technology. We offer both primary research and proprietary data, along with the insights of an elite network of technology industry leaders.
Mosaic specialists work one-on-one with our private clients, delivering access to the most relevant and timely information to address specific questions and strategies.

Job duties may include:
  • Support the development of emerging technology related research within TMT and other specified sectors (for the Mosaic work group) that allows the organization to effectively leverage sector research for Institutional Clients.
  • Work directly with and support colleagues’ work with founders, private company executives, and technology innovators, in assigned technology sectors to develop and leverage product suite for institutional investor clients.
  • Assist colleagues in providing Institutional Clients with recommendations and access to the most relevant appropriate Mosaic resource(s) including but not limited to technologists, industry leaders, private companies, and Mosaic proprietary research products.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with select members of the Mosaic industry leader network
  • Assist in the product planning in support of the annual Mosaic Summit (hosted each August in Vail, Colorado)
  • Support the identification of new products (industry trends) and capabilities to support client understanding around the research agenda and program.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduating with a degree May 2021 with relevant coursework in Engineering, Marketing, MIS, Basic Science, Finance, and/or Economics
  • Outstanding academic achievement (minimum GPA 3.5)
  • Relevant work or internship experience spanning technology industry and financial services industry (or both) preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated positions of responsibility and leadership
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Eligibility to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
